Randy has been a licensed charter boat captain for over thirty years. He began fishing at an earlier age with his family in the Chesapeake bay & Atlantic Ocean. Randy has also spent extensive time fishing in Florida, Mexico, and the Bahamas. Capt RT has fished many of the tournaments in Florida, Mexico and North Carolina including the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament, the Pelican Yacht Club Tournament, the Master's Invitational Tournament in Mexico, & ESPN's BRXL Billfish Extreme tournament in Cancun, Mexico. First Mate Bryan Austin Bryan Austin, mate on the Hattitude, has been fishing now for 10 years. In this time, he has fished from Hawaii to Hatteras, New York to Florida. Bryan is experienced in all styles of fishing. He has been mate on the Hattitude since 2007 under Capt RT. The two fish well together and often times don't even have to speak to get the job done. Bryan wants your day to be one you remember for a lifetime, and will help in anyway to ensure this. His patience and warm spirit appeals to everyone from the seasoned fisherman to the first timer. Bryan encourages those wanting to learn to ask questions, take notes, and get their hands dirty. Bryan has one personal rule on the boat - "Smile and have fun".
